Job Title: Junior Bender Operator

Pay Rate: $18 to $20 per hour (Depend on experience)
Shift: Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
Job Summary
We are looking for a Junior Bender Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in metal fabrication and
manufacturing. The successful candidate will operate and assist with the setup of TRUMPF press brake machines while ensuring quality and safety
standards are met.
Primary Responsibilities
Operate TRUMPF press brake machines to bend and form sheet metal parts.
Assist with machine setup, tooling changes, and adjustments.
Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings.
Perform quality inspections using measuring tools.
Ensure finished products meet specifications and quality standards.
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
Meet daily production targets.
Secondary Responsibilities
Assist senior operators with machine setups and troubleshooting.
Load and unload raw materials and finished products.
Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning.
Support other fabrication and production activities as needed.
Report equipment issues and quality concerns to supervisors.

Requirements
French-speaking ability is required (verbal communication and understanding workplace instructions).
Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is an asset.
Experience with press brakes or metal bending equipment is preferred but not required.
Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in sheet metal fabrication.
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Compensation: $18 to $20
