Develop, optimize, and maintain secure cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and scalability.

About the job

As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will design, deploy, and maintain our Decisions cloud platform infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and performance. You will work closely with development teams to optimize infrastructure for scalability and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage cloud-based infrastructure and automation tools for our distributed database platform
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure uptime.
Improve system security, compliance, and disaster recovery strategies.
Optimize cloud costs and resource utilization for efficiency.
Work with DevOps teams to enhance CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
Setup and manage Redis cache and streams
Setup and manage Kafka/Red Panda streams
Setup and manage AWS Infrastructure
Manage ARDs (Architectural Decision Records) for distributed-database platform
Manage multi and single-tenant solutions
Site Reliability

Job Requirements

Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
Strong knowledge of infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation).
Expertise in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with networking, security, and monitoring tools.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks.
Ability to troubleshoot system issues and optimize performance.
Our office is located in Collingwood, Ontario. You must be willing to come to the office twice a week.
