About the Role
We’re hiring a Event Operations Team Member & Driver to support deliveries, setups, and on-site event work.
This is not just a driving role — you’ll be part of the crew that physically builds events on-site, working with everything from décor and furniture to tents and installations.
If you like staying active, working with a team, and being part of events from start to finish, this role is a great fit.
What You’ll Do
- Drive company vehicles to transport event equipment to and from venues
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Assist with event setup and teardown (furniture, décor, tent components, etc.)
- Help prep and organize equipment in the warehouse
- Secure and protect items during transport
- Work on-site with the team to complete installs and strike events
- Maintain cleanliness of vehicles and workspaces
- Support other teams during busy periods
This role is hands-on and physical — expect a mix of driving, warehouse work, and event setup.
What We’re Looking For
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license (minimum 3 years)
- Clean driver’s abstract
- Comfortable driving company vehicles
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Strong communication and basic customer service skills
- Flexible availability (days, evenings, weekends during peak season)
Nice to Have (but not required)
- Experience in events, moving, delivery, or warehousing
- Experience driving larger vehicles (cube trucks, vans, trailers)
- Comfort working outdoors and on long event days

Pay: $18.00-$27.00 per hour
