We are currently looking for Budtenders for approximately 2-4 shifts per week. As a Budtender you are the main point of contact for clients and your focus is on creating a welcoming environment and providing personalized product recommendations to maximize sales.

Requirements:
- Over the age 19 at the time of application
- Selling It Right Certification
- Availability to work varying shifts during the days, nights and on weekends
- Ability to engage with clients in a professional and enthusiastic manner
Duties
As a Budtender you will have the following tasks and responsibilities:
- Work scheduled shifts
- Compliance with relevant policy, procedures, and regulations
- Accurately maintain till
- Meet minimum transaction value and sign up targets
- Provide excellent customer service
- Maintain update knowledge on the current inventory and industry trends
- Cleaning and sanitising surfaces in the store
- Stamping bags
- Other tasks necessary for the operations of the business and tasks delegated by supervisors

Compensation:
- Hourly wage: minimum - $18.50 + Tips
- Quarterly performance bonus (up to $800)
Pay: $17.85-$18.50 per hour
