Duties:
- Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and food safety guidelines
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations
Qualifications:
- Candidates must be located in Canada and possess a valid work permit.
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not essentialKnowledge of food safety regulations and best practices and a lot of common senseAbility to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexible weekends, and holidays as required
