Guest Services Representative / Receptionist (4-Month Term)

Position Summary
The Guest Services Representative is responsible for creating a positive first impression for customers visiting or contacting the dealership. This role provides reception, customer service, administrative, and sales support to ensure a smooth and professional customer experience. The successful candidate will be friendly, organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Reception & Customer Service
- Welcome customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls.
- Assist customers with general inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Ensure the reception and showroom areas remain clean, organized, and inviting.
Sales Support
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks.
- Enter and maintain accurate vehicle information in dealership systems.
- Help prepare vehicle files by setting up inventory.
- Support lead management by routing customer inquiries to sales representatives.
- Assist with dealership promotions, events, and customer outreach initiatives.
Administrative Duties
- Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and document management.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain office and hospitality supplies.
- Assist with various administrative projects as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service, reception, administrative, or retail experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
- Professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude.

Term Details
This is a full-time, temporary 4-month term position designed to provide support during a busy sales season and/or employee leave period. The successful candidate will gain valuable experience in customer service, dealership operations, and automotive sales support while working in a dynamic team environment.
Reports To: General Manager
Duration: 4 Months (with possibility of extension based on business needs).
Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
