Responsibilities
- Manage personal lines policies including auto, home, and high-net-worth clients
- Handle renewals, claims, and customer service inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
- Utilize broker portals to provide complete-cycle service, supporting sales, service, and claims processes
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and retention
Qualifications
- RIBO License
- Minimum of 3 years of brokerage experience, ideally in personal lines
- Strong knowledge of auto, home, and high-net-worth insurance products
- Familiarity with broker portals and full-cycle service experience
Nice to Have Skills
- Commercial insurance experience
Other Requirements
- Ability to work in-office full-time initially, with a transition to hybrid work after six months
- Comfort in a non-corporate, relationship-focused environment
