Your days will include:
- Supporting daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and food safety compliance
- Conducting pre-operational checks, HACCP audits, and completing required documentation
- Monitoring production lines and assisting operators with troubleshooting and process control
- Supporting training, onboarding, coaching, and maintaining skills matrix updates
- Tracking productivity metrics, monitoring order accuracy (PvA), and identifying improvements
- Coordinating with HR on employee management and attendance programs
- Maintaining a safe workplace by overseeing housekeeping, safety checks, and PPE/tool accountability
- Performing other duties as assigned
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience considered an asset
- Working knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills
- Organizational and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and production systems
- Commitment to workplace safety, quality, and continuous improvement
