The Role
We’re looking for multiple skilled Barista / FOH All Rounders to join our team for summer. This is a fast-paced role where you’ll be on your feet, multitasking, and working closely with the team to deliver consistently excellent service.
What You’ll Do
- Craft and serve high-quality specialty coffee and beverages
- Provide warm, attentive customer service
- Assist with food service, order taking, and payments
- Keep the café clean, organized, and stocked
- Adapt to changing schedules and busy service periods
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 12 months experience in a similar café setting (required)
- A love for hospitality and genuine care for customers
- Ability to thrive in a busy, high-energy environment
- Strong communication, multitasking, and teamwork skills
- Reliability and flexibility
