Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble a variety of sandwiches according to company recipes and customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the food preparation area, adhering to food safety guidelines
- Assist with food handling duties such as stocking supplies, wrapping sandwiches, and maintaining inventory levels
- Follow all sanitation procedures to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for both staff and customers
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation or food service environments, preferably in a restaurant or quick-service setting
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders quickly while maintaining quality standards
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities
- Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation protocols, and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
