About the Role
Are you an enthusiastic, motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a Counter Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will support our pickup counter, ensuring our customers receive the efficient service, accurate orders, and helpful product assistance they are looking for.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience & Counter Support
- Provide courteous, professional, and prompt service to customers at the counter and over the phone.
- Handle accurate order entry, pricing inquiries, and order expediting.
- Continually learn about our product lines to provide assistance to our customers.
Operations & Inventory Management
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for pickup.
- Safely load and unload incoming and outgoing goods.
- Replenish stock and maintain product organization.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace, adhering to all safety standards.
What You Bring
- Experience: 1+ years of experience within the electrical industry is required.
- Customer Focus: 1+ years of customer service experience with a phone/counter commitment to customer success.
- Adaptability: Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
- Teamwork & Communication: Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first attitude.
- Product Knowledge: A willingness to learn, retain, and display a solid understanding of our electrical inventory to better assist our customers.
