Reporting to the Facilities Director, you will be diving hands-first into daily operations and critical projects, actively assisting the Facilities team with hands-on maintenance, repairs, and tasks that keep our venues and offices running smoothly. This role is your backstage pass to understanding how a multi-entity entertainment company stays in top shape, providing broad exposure to project coordination, process improvement, and facility support in a fast-paced live-event environment.
The MRG Group Internship Program is designed to provide you with practical skills, valuable experiences, and exposure to real-world scenarios in the Experience industry.
The program is structured to ensure that 80% of your time is dedicated to performing activities specific to their role, while the remaining 20% is allocated to job shadowing, skill development, and team projects across various businesses within the MRG Group.

Manage and maintain master files, track facility requests, and ensure all critical records are up-to-date.

Assist with facilities projects, including hands-on logistics like organizing materials, preparing spaces, and supporting on-site execution to ensure timely completion.

Perform routine venue and office walkthroughs to proactively identify and address minor maintenance or safety issues.

Coordinate office setups and ensure all workspace areas are organized and operational.

Collaborate with the Facilities team to support a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment for all staff and venues.

Actively participate in minor maintenance tasks and hands-on repairs across venues and offices, supporting the Facilities team with practical work.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with team members and vendors.

Proficiency in using productivity software (e.g., Google Workspace or Microsoft Office) for documentation and tracking. Asana knowledge is an asset.

A strong, proactive interest in facility maintenance, workplace operations, and project coordination.

High level of organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail in record-keeping and inspections.
