Krave Kulture is seeking a reliable, hardworking, and experienced Kitchen Helper / Prep Assistant to join our growing team.
We are looking for someone with previous kitchen and baking experience who can work quickly, stay organized, and maintain high quality standards in a fast-paced production environment. This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys working behind the scenes, takes pride in their work, and can consistently perform under pressure.
We are currently hiring for part-time permanent position with an immediate start.

About the Role
Krave Kulture is a busy, high-volume specialty dessert shop where quality, consistency, and efficiency are essential. We are looking for a Kitchen Helper / Prep Assistant who can assist with daily food preparation, baking, and kitchen organization while maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards.
The ideal candidate is experienced in a commercial kitchen environment, works well independently and as part of a team, and can perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and complete daily food prep tasks
- Assist with baking and dessert production
- Follow recipes and preparation procedures accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and prep areas
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment as required
- Assist with inventory organization and stocking supplies
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
- Work efficiently to meet daily production requirements
- Support the team with additional kitchen duties as needed
Qualifications
- Previous kitchen or food preparation experience required
- Baking experience is strongly preferred
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Comfortable standing for extended periods of time
- Able to lift, carry, and perform physically active work throughout the shift
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
