We’re looking for an Electrical Engineer who thrives on challenges, collaboration, and innovation. Led by April Waddell, P. Eng., Project Director - Electrical, a seasoned leader with 18 years of technical expertise, known for her approachable leadership and technical depth, you’ll be joining a tight-knit team that values mutual support, open communication, and the satisfaction of seeing designs come to life.
Your main responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the design, analysis, and verification of electrical systems for building projects
- Work closely with engineers, designers, and clients to develop tailored, practical solutions
- Conduct site surveys and assess existing installations to develop optimized system upgrades
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and specifications with accuracy and professionalism
- Support construction supervision and field coordination to ensure design intent is achieved
- Participate in budget estimation and cost analysis for electrical scopes
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
- Member of the Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO)
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in building electrical systems
- Eligibility to get government Security Clearance
- Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset, but English-only candidates are welcome

Salary range: $110,00 – $145,975 per year, with final compensation determined based on experience, qualifications, scope of the role and geographic location.
