Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and guidelines.
- Ensure that all food is handled safely and in compliance with health regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing any concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving deliveries and restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Adhere to all food safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
Skills
- Previous experience working at a grill is preferred.
- Previous restaurant experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of the food industry.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Experience in serving, food preparation, and food handling is highly valued.
- Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Barista experience is a plus, particularly in environments that serve coffee or specialty beverages.
- Strong hospitality skills, demonstrating a welcoming attitude towards customers.
