Responsibilities
- Operate hand tools, power tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform finishing, painting, trim, install fixtures to meet project specifications
- Install cabinets, flooring, and other fixtures with attention to detail
- Conduct minor plumbing, minor electrical work, minor masonry, caulking, and painting as required by project scope
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and procedures
Skills
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and construction machinery
- Knowledge of concrete forming, finishing, masonry, carpentry, electrical systems, plumbing, and restoration techniques
- Experience in caulking, tile, flooring installation, cabinet installation, and painting
- Strong understanding of construction building processes
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on safety and quality standards
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in diverse construction environments
