The Opportunity
Join a growing agricultural business where you'll play an important role supporting office administration, bookkeeping, and daily operations. If you enjoy variety, solving problems, and working as part of a collaborative team, we'd love to hear from you.
Based at our rural feedlot in Foothills County, this is a full-time, on-site position providing administrative, bookkeeping, financial, and operational support in a fast-paced agricultural environment. The site is located at 690112 264 Street East, Nanton, approximately 15 minutes from Nanton, and is accessed via gravel grid roads, so reliable transportation is required. The regular schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Working closely with the Office Manager, operations team, drivers, suppliers, and accounting, you'll support scale operations, commodity logistics, accounts payable and receivable, grain reconciliations, and day-to-day office administration.
This is a hands-on administrative role in an active feedlot environment where no two days are the same. You'll work alongside production staff, truck drivers, suppliers, and leadership to help keep daily operations running smoothly.
We're looking for someone who enjoys a rural setting, manages multiple priorities, adapts to new systems, and values teamwork. Previous feedlot experience isn't required—we'll provide training on our systems, scale operations, and feedlot processes.
