Job 1003 – Computer Hardware Inventory Coordinator (picking orders for assembly of PC computers, shipping, receiving, invoicing and RMA)
Job Title – Inventory Coordinator
Job Summary
We are seeking an individual with a high interest in computers to co-ordinate inventory. This includes light duty shipping and receiving, order picking for custom computer builds and RMA (returned merchandise).
The individual should be familiar with the components of a PC (mainboard, hard drive etc) as candidate will be required to pick components and prepare invoices as required for custom PC orders. Strong time management and organization skills along with the ability to work in a team environment are required for this position.
It is a major asset if the candidate is able to assemble a computer, or has knowledge of all the components of a PC or server (mainboard, hard drive etc,) and some technical knowledge (Able to build a PC, troubleshoot basic issues etc.)
This is an excellent position for an entry level candidate to gain experience in the industry and progress towards a technical or account manager position.
The position is permanent full time, Monday to Friday 9AM to 6PM, closed on weekends and holidays. (also closed between Christmas and New Year’s).
Candidate should be interested in a long-term position.
The inventory coordinator is responsible for receiving inventory, order picking, invoicing and inventory control (normal and RMA inventory), order shipping, and depending on experience, some PC troubleshooting or assembly.
Must be proficient with the use of computers, for example ability to search the internet, use Microsoft outlook, word and excel.

Compensation
Monthly Salary $2900-$3250 depending on knowledge and experience
