Kennel Attendant - Immediate Start

We are hiring:
-1 x part-time position working 2 days a week, approx 20hrs/week.
***Please note, staff accommodation is not available. Personal vehicle required.***
We are seeking motivated and dedicated individuals who are:
- Passionate about providing excellent sled dog care
- Friendly, professional, and courteous
- Physically fit, agile and able to perform labor-intensive tasks
- Attentive to detail and very hardworking
- Team players with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Comfortable handling energetic and powerful sled dogs
- Able to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English
- Comfortable working alone when required
Additional Skills & Experience (Assets, But Not Required):
While the following skills are an asset, we encourage all interested applicants to apply even if you don’t have experience in these areas!
- Previous experience in a labour-intensive role
- General knowledge of tools, carpentry, or mechanical work
- Background in animal care or sled dog handling
- First aid or veterinary experience
Requirements:
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
Wage:
- $18.00 to $19.00 per hour, depending on experience
- End-of-season incentive
