Keystone Projects is a boutique residential construction company focused on building high-quality single-family custom homes. Our work is detail-driven, design-forward, and built to last. We’re looking for an experienced carpenter who takes pride in their craft and works well within a collaborative, high-standard environment.
The Role
You’ll play a key role in the execution of custom residential projects, from structure through completion, supporting the build, assisting specialty trades, and ensuring all work meets a high level of quality.
What You’ll Do
- Execute high-quality residential carpentry with precision and care Read and interpret architectural and structural drawings independently
- Complete framing, backing, blocking, and finish prep to support all trades
- Assist millwork installers, finish carpenters, and specialty trades as required
- Coordinate day-to-day site activities with project managers and trades
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site
- Identify and resolve site issues before they impact quality or schedule
- Uphold a no-compromise standard of workmanship
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in residential construction (custom homes preferred)
- Strong knowledge of framing, detailing, and residential building systems
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Professional, reliable, and respectful on site
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small, skilled team
- Red Seal certification or equivalent experience is an asset
