JC Power Solutions is seeking a motivated and experienced Solar Sales Representative to join our growing team in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. This is an excellent opportunity for a high-performing sales professional with a proven track record in door-to-door solar sales who is passionate about helping homeowners reduce energy costs through renewable energy solutions.

Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door prospecting to identify and engage potential residential customers.
- Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy systems and available financing options.
- Mentor new sales reps.
- Perform in-home consultations and present customized solar solutions.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through self-generated leads and referrals.
- Follow up with prospective customers to answer questions and guide them through the purchasing process.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity using the company's CRM system.
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics.
- Represent JC Power Solutions professionally while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of proven door-to-door sales experience in the solar power industry (required).
- Documented history of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
- Strong presentation and closing skills.
- Comfortable working outdoors and canvassing residential neighbourhoods.
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.

- In territory from 12-8 on weekdays
Work Location
Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, with travel throughout the surrounding service area.
