We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Representative to join our team in Scarborough, Ontario.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Representative who is passionate about the automotive industry and driven to achieve results. The successful candidate will have strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to guide customers through a professional and enjoyable vehicle purchasing experience.
Automotive sales experience is preferred; however, candidates with the right qualifications, strong communication skills, and a drive to succeed will also be considered.
Responsibilities
· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process
· Assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and preferences
· Conduct product demonstrations and vehicle presentations
· Manage leads, follow up with prospective customers, and maintain client relationships
· Negotiate and close sales while delivering a high level of customer satisfaction
· Stay current with product knowledge, industry trends, and dealership processes
· Achieve individual and team sales targets
Qualifications
· Previous automotive sales experience preferred
· Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and build customer relationships
· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
· Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
· Professional appearance and positive attitude
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dealership environment
· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
