We’re looking for someone who has the following:
- Their Canadian Red Seal with relevant experience running projects in Canada.
- Experience doing various types of service calls for residential settings.
- A natural leader who is comfortable guiding and coordinating small crews of 3–4 people doing residential renovations.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing clean, high-quality electrical work.
- A true tradesperson mindset — someone proud of their craft, not just “doing construction.”
- Ambition to grow, take ownership, and build a long-term career in the trade.
- Being punctual and client oriented.
- Accountability and reliability — someone who doesn’t need to be micromanaged and stands behind their work.
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and a clean driving record with a reliable vehicle.
- Basic hand tools (not just a multibit screwdriver), bits, tool bag and power tools for daily tasks.
