Main Job Duties:
1. Office Administration (Approx. 40%)
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative support, including scheduling, coordination, and general office operations.
- Support internal communications and handle logistics‑related paperwork.
- Participate in ad‑hoc administrative tasks such as Joint Health & Safety Committee activities.
- Identify opportunities to streamline administrative workflows and reduce manual workload through process improvements or automation tools.
2. Corporate Department Task Support (Approx. 60%)
- Assist with digital‑transformation initiatives, including data handling, workflow optimization, and process automation.
- Utilize advanced Microsoft tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, and other automation platforms to support departmental efficiency.
- Create and manage AI‑driven tools or agents to enhance operational productivity and support innovation projects.
- Support intelligence and research activities, including monitoring market, political, and economic trends.
- Prepare and update presentation materials (PowerPoint, reports, briefing decks) for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with the Business Development & Innovation Department to support ongoing projects and digital‑transformation objectives.

Minimum Requirements:
- Degree in Science, Economics, or related field
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong skills in Power BI, Power Automate, and other automation tools; ability to design efficient workflows and digital solutions.
- Interest in politics, economics, global business topics, and digital innovation.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage both routine and analytical tasks.
- Basic programming or data‑analysis skills (Python, VBA, etc.) are an asset.
- Proactive, flexible mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
