Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role is essential in supporting the production process, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, experience with manufacturing or warehouse operations, and familiarity with hand and power tools. This position offers an opportunity to develop technical skills within a dynamic industrial setting.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure smooth production flow
- Perform assembly tasks using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical knowledge
- Conduct routine inspections of machinery and report any issues or malfunctions
- Assist with the setup, changeover, and troubleshooting of equipment as needed
- Use forklift or other warehouse equipment to move raw materials or finished products safely
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to adhere to safety standards
- Follow safety protocols and participate in safety training sessions regularly
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on processes and equipment
Qualifications
- Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse environments preferred
- Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic maintenance tasks
- Experience operating forklifts or other material handling equipment is a plus
- Ability to read technical diagrams and follow detailed instructions
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety and quality standards
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment operation is desirable
- Operating machinery and equipment involved in the manufacturing process of pipes, elbows,
- and aluminum rainwear for residential houses.
- Assembling and fabricating components according to production specifications.
- Conducting quality control checks to ensure the products meet industry standards and internal
- quality requirements.
- Collaborating with team members to optimize production processes and enhance overall
- efficiency.
- Following safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.
- Maintaining equipment and reporting any malfunctions or issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Proficiency in forklift operation, Beta will provide training and cover all cost associated.
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standard.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
