The Opportunity
We are currently looking to add a Service Shop Foreman to our heavy duty truck service and maintenance team.
What Will You Do?
- Train and mentor the service staff
- Provide technical guidance for all HD truck diagnostics, inspections and repairs
- Proactively provide input to the Service Manager on any issues affecting shop efficiency and effectiveness
- Monitor daily technician performance to ensure productivity and efficiency
- Act as a subject matter expert for all HD diesel engine diagnostics and repairs
- Complete all assigned HD truck/engine repairs
- Identify and actively coach technician development opportunities by monitoring daily performance and technical competency
