The opportunity:
B&W is seeking an enthusiastic, confident, sales oriented team player to be part of our growing team. The successful applicant will have a minimum Level 1 license with at least one year of auto insurance experience. Preference will be given to applicants with greater than 12 months of applicable experience, outstanding communication skills and a strong willingness to learn. Applicants must be flexible and willing to work closing shifts and weekends on rotation.
Our offices foster flexible working environments with great teams already in place, however as we continue to grow we are looking for full-time brokers to grow with us and develop long lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
Salary is dependent on years' in the industry and experience level.

What we need from you:
- 1-2 years ICBC Autoplan Experience
- At least a Level 1 license
