We’re looking for a Service Advisor / Parts & Labor Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and has a genuine interest in powersports. If you like being at the center of the action—connecting customers, technicians, and machines—this role is built for you.
What You’ll Do
- Be the first point of contact—welcome customers and understand their service needs
- Create and manage repair orders with accuracy and attention to detail
- Coordinate with the shop to schedule and prioritize work
- Educate customers on maintenance and manufacturer recommendations
- Keep customers informed with clear, proactive communication
- Review completed work and explain services and charges with confidence
- Support parts and accessories sales when needed

Schedule
- 80 hours bi-weekly (shift rotation)
- Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
- Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
