Position Overview
We are seeking a Delivery Driver & Hardware Installer to join our team in Edmonton. This hybrid role involves delivering and installing telematics hardware (GPS units, dash cameras, and ELD devices) in client vehicles and equipment. The successful candidate will also have opportunities to identify and promote additional sales, with bonus incentives for new sales secured.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and install FleetHunt hardware in client vehicles (trucks, buses, trailers, etc.).
- Provide hands-on support to customers, ensuring proper device configuration and functionality.
- Troubleshoot installation issues and provide technical guidance to clients when needed.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, installations, and service reports.
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional devices or services during client visits.
- Promote FleetHunt products and features to clients; earn extra bonuses for successful sales.
- Represent the company in a professional and customer-focused manner.
Qualifications
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Experience in basic electrical or automotive installations is an asset (training will be provided).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple installations per day.
- Physically able to handle equipment and work in a variety of vehicle types.
- Technical aptitude and willingness to learn about FleetHunt’s product suite.
