Shipping & Production Associate (Hybrid Role)

Join a growing manufacturing team building premium aluminum truck accessories. You’ll be working in a bright, clean, and organized shop alongside a team that takes pride in quality work and keeps things moving.
This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to learn, stay busy, and take pride in their work. You will move between shipping, kitting, and assembly depending on production needs.
What You’ll Do
- Package and ship finished products with a focus on quality and presentation
- Build skids, box products, and prepare courier shipments
- Pick, organize, and kit parts for upcoming jobs
- Assist with light assembly of truck accessories
- Help maintain an organized, efficient workspace
- Support the team wherever needed as workloads shift
What We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic and reliable daily attendance
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working on your feet in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Mechanical aptitude or manufacturing experience is an asset
- Shipping, warehouse, or factory experience preferred
- Forklift experience is an asset (training available)

Schedule

About the Role
This role is primarily shipping, packaging, and material handling, with some assembly support. It is fast-paced and physical. The right candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to take on whatever needs to be done.
