We are looking for a highly organized, energetic, and dependable Marketing Coordinator to support our growing marketing department and help execute the day-to-day functions that keep the brand moving.
Position Overview
The Marketing Coordinator will act as the primary support role to the Marketing Manager. This position is focused on organization, execution, communication, and helping bring HEAL’s marketing initiatives to life.
This is not a strategy or franchise-facing LSM role. Instead, this role is designed to support the internal marketing department through coordination, follow-ups, event execution, vendor management, administrative organization, and day-to-day marketing assistance.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Department Support
- Support the Marketing Manager with day-to-day marketing operations
- Assist with organizing campaigns, timelines, calendars, and deliverables
- Manage follow-ups and communication with vendors, partners, and suppliers
- Coordinate marketing materials, signage, print orders, and shipments
- Help organize internal marketing documents and project trackers
- Assist with invoice tracking and administrative marketing tasks
Events & Activations
- Assist in planning and executing store openings, launch events, influencer events, and community activations
- Attend in-person events and support setup, execution, and teardown
- Coordinate event logistics including signage, product ordering, staffing support, and vendor communication
- Ensure HEAL brand standards are represented at all activations
Social & Content Support
- Support social media execution and scheduling
- Assist with gathering content during events and store visits
- Help coordinate influencer gifting and outreach
- Assist with pulling basic analytics and preparing reporting summaries
- Monitor social media comments/messages when needed
Vendor & Communication Management
- Communicate with printers, signage vendors, event suppliers, photographers, and external partners
- Ensure deadlines and deliverables are followed through on
- Maintain strong organization and communication across multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
- 1–3 years experience in marketing coordination, administration, events, hospitality, or a related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Highly dependable with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments with changing priorities
- Positive attitude and willingness to jump in where needed
- Comfortable working evenings/weekends for events when required
- Experience with social media platforms including Instagram and TikTok
- Basic understanding of analytics and reporting
- Proficient with Google Workspace, Canva, and Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle preferred

Growth Opportunity
This role is designed to help elevate HEAL’s marketing department structure by allowing the Marketing Manager to focus on higher-level national brand campaigns, partnerships, and strategic growth initiatives.
The Marketing Coordinator will play a critical support role in helping scale the brand operationally and creatively as HEAL continues to grow across North America.
Pay: From $52,000.00 per year
