Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties by providing expert guidance throughout the transaction process
- Conduct property showings, open houses, and market research to identify suitable listings for clients
- Negotiate offers and contracts to secure favorable terms for clients
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote listings across various channels, including social media and online platforms
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, property details, and transaction progress using organizational tools
- Build and nurture relationships with clients to foster trust and repeat business
- Stay informed about local market trends, property values, and legal regulations affecting real estate transactions
- Manage administrative tasks such as preparing documents, coordinating appointments, and ensuring compliance with licensing requirements
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations
Qualifications
- Proven experience or background in real estate, property management, marketing, or related fields is preferred but not necessary
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clients
- Organizational skills to manage multiple listings and client interactions efficiently
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on client satisfaction
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a broader client base
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms is a plus
- Administrative experience that supports effective documentation and record keeping
- Valid real estate license or in process of obtaining one
