We are a full-service, high-volume mortgage brokerage based in Edmonton, Alberta. We are currently seeking Full-Time RECA-licensed Mortgage Associates to join our team. In addition, we welcome conversations with individuals who are currently enrolled in the RECA course or have recently completed the pre-licensing coursework.
Please note that completion of RECA licensing requirements is mandatory before onboarding and licensing eligibility.

The successful candidates will be hard-working, sales-oriented, ethical, and self-motivated individuals with a strong passion for helping clients achieve their homeownership goals.

Responsibilities
- Self-source clients and referral partners.
- Proactively market yourself within your network.
- Reach out to new prospects and mortgage renewals to build and maintain relationships.
- Liaise with clients, real estate agents, lawyers, appraisers, creditors, and lenders to ensure files are completed efficiently and on time.
- Develop and execute sales objectives.
- Meet with clients to discuss mortgage goals and solutions.
- Attend brokerage meetings and training sessions regularly.
- Participate in marketing initiatives such as social media posts, events, presentations, and networking activities.
- Stay informed on current mortgage products, rates, and policy changes.
- Perform data entry and administrative duties.
- Manage all fulfillment tasks required for pre-closing, interim, and post-closing stages of mortgage files.
Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications
- Completion or current enrollment in the Mortgage Associate Licensing Program (please refer to RECA).
- Basic understanding of mortgage lending and credit principles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- High level of English fluency (verbal and written).
- Ability to multitask and work under strict deadlines and pressure.
- Self-starter with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to identify and develop new sales opportunities that meet brokerage criteria.
- Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and in person.
- Experience using CRM systems and marketing tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in additional languages is an asset.
- Previous experience in the financial industry is preferred, though not required.
Compensation
Compensation is performance-based, following a competitive commission-tier model. We offer industry-leading splits and strong earning potential, including profit-sharing opportunities for senior associates interested in building their own teams.
