Ultra-Lite is hiring an experienced industrial sewing machine operator to join our production team. If you take pride in clean stitches, steady output, and quality work, we’d like to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Operate industrial sewing machines (single needle, double needle) to assemble products to spec
- Read and follow patterns, work orders, and quality standards
- Inspect finished pieces and flag defects
- Keep your workstation clean, and your machine maintained (oiling, threading, minor adjustments)
- Meet daily production targets without sacrificing quality
Requirements
- 1+ years of industrial sewing experience (production environment preferred)
- Steady hands, sharp eye for detail, and ability to sit and focus for full shifts
- Basic English
- Reliable attendance
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
