Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Stainless Steel Polisher to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the surface finish of stainless steel components, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards. Duties
- Operate polishing equipment and hand tools to achieve a smooth, high-quality finish on stainless steel surfaces.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand specifications and surface requirements.
- Use power tools, calipers, and other measuring instruments to verify dimensions and surface quality throughout the polishing process.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, ensuring compliance with safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with welding, machining, and assembly teams to ensure seamless integration of polished components into final products.
- Assist with other manufacturing tasks such as basic assembly, material handling using forklifts, or operating CNC machines when required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in stainless steel polishing or metal finishing within a manufacturing setting.
- Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and understand machining specifications.
- Warehouse experience and familiarity with forklift operation are advantageous but not mandatory.
