Bigwin Island Muskoka Condominium Corporation #1 (MCC#1) is located on the central part of Lake of Bays. MCC#1 is Muskoka’s first condominium corporation established 1969. Our tight knit community enjoys 4 seasons of recreation and resort style ownership. We have approximately 10+ Acres and 500 feet of shoreline. Our historic building was built in 1920 and now has 74 self contained condo apartments.
Work with us Tuesday - Thursday - September 1st to Thanksgiving
Transportation will be provided to the island from Norway Point.
Job Responsibilities
- grounds keeping/landscaping
- general maintenance of building and outbuildings
- garbage removal
- various painting projects
- small maintenance projects
- assisting owners with luggage both on the mainland and on the island.
- driving ferry boat to pickup owners and guests from the mainland
Job Requirements:
We are seeking an individual who is people friendly, enjoys working outdoors and has the ability to do physical labour.
- Boating experience and boat license mandatory
- Punctuality and the ability to work independently is a must.
- Groundskeeping experience
- Experience with tools, painting or small carpentry projects an asset.
- Positive attitude and ability to deal with the pubic
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Work remotely
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
