Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Food Service Worker to join our team. This role involves providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. Ideal candidates will have experience in the food industry and a passion for hospitality, ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests.
Duties
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established standards
- Assist with food handling, plating, and presentation
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, providing friendly service
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment
- Follow food safety protocols to ensure hygiene and safety standards are met
- Handle cash register operations and process transactions when required
- Restock supplies and assist with inventory management as needed
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy hours
Skills
- Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Knowledge of food preparation, serving techniques, and food safety standards
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation
- Barista experience or familiarity with beverage preparation is a plus
- Experience in hospitality or food handling roles is advantageous
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure while delivering exceptional service
