Job Summary
We are seeking a Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional guest service. This role requires a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in food service and familiarity with restaurant operations are preferred but not mandatory, as training will be provided. The Server will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, handling payments, and maintaining sanitation standards to ensure guest satisfaction and safety.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS
- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation quality
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
- Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are maintained throughout service
- Assist in food preparation or kitchen support as needed
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
- Address guest inquiries promptly and courteously, providing excellent customer service
- Clear tables, reset for new guests, and maintain cleanliness of dining areas
- Follow all health regulations related to food handling and sanitation
Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
