Job Summary
We are looking for a bilingual Sales & Operations Coordinator to support our team of Equipment Specialists, who provide expert guidance to customers on the selection and operation of specialized equipment.
In this role, you will coordinate sales and operational activities, support customer interactions, and ensure the smooth execution of orders and processes. You will work closely with Equipment Specialists to help deliver a high level of service to customers in construction, municipal, and industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales documentation
- Coordinate orders, delivery timelines, and customer follow-ups
- Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Support Equipment Specialists by coordinating quotes, customer follow-ups, and sales
logistics
- Maintain and update customer and sales information in the CRM system, including contacts, quotes, orders, and follow-ups
- Track equipment availability, orders, and service updates
- Assist with customer inquiries and provide solutions-oriented support
- Support the preparation, coordination, and submission of municipal and public sector
- tenders (RFPs/RFQs), ensuring deadlines and compliance requirements are met
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiency across sales and operations.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- Bilingual in English & French (spoken and written) – required
- 2+ years in sales support, coordination, or customer service
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Experience in construction, heavy equipment, or industrial sectors is an asset
- Experience with municipal tenders or public procurement is an asset
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and Adobe Acrobat
- Familiarity with AutoCAD is considered an asset
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce clear, well-structured, and professional client-facing documents

Pay: $44,376.69-$66,803.20 per year
