Under the supervision of the Healthy Living Manager and Healthy Living Supervisors, this position is responsible for sharing information and answering customer inquiries regarding health, fitness, various supplements, and natural nutrition. In addition, Healthy Living Advisors are responsible for providing top-notch customer service, stocking shelves, receiving product, and maintaining an organized and clean department.

Other Responsibilities:
- Sell products and interact with customers according to company standards
- Answer customer inquiries regarding health products and holistic nutrition
- Stock, rotate, merchandise, and face product according to department procedure
- Maintain a clean, organized and safe back-stock area
- Leave a lasting positive impression on all customers that shop at Pomme
- Adhere to company loss prevention standards
- Cover additional shifts as necessary in order to meet the operational needs of the store
- Handle customer inquiries or complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain consistency in providing excellent customer service
- Liaise and communicate effectively with team members and other departments
- Maintain a positive work environment
- Serve as a role model for Pomme's vision and instills these values in team members
- Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs
Qualifications/Requirements:
If you think you are the right person for this position you will…
- Have knowledge/training in supplements and natural nutrition (required)
- Advanced Holistic Nutrition (AHN), Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN), Registered Holistic Nutritional Consultant (CHNC) certifications or any combination of related education and experience is an asset, though not required.
- Previous experience working with supplements in the field of natural nutrition is an asset
- Have previous experience in a customer service oriented environment
- Have a passion for all natural, organic, local and healthy ingredients and foods
- Have the ability to stand, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds
- Excel when working in a fast-paced environment
- Have a passion for providing excellent customer service
- Have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Have the ability to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary. Must be available at least 1 day on the weekend.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $17.85-$20.00 per hour
