As a Logistics Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the movement of products across our growing delivery network—helping coordinate shipments, optimize routes, support delivery crews, and ensure an exceptional customer experience from warehouse to final delivery.

Position Summary
The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for coordinating local, regional, and national logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipments, delivery scheduling, crew dispatch, and cost optimization initiatives. This role works cross-functionally with customer service, warehouse operations, suppliers, and delivery teams to ensure smooth execution and high service standards.
Hours: 08:30-16:30
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Hybrid (3 days in office; 2 remote)
Salary range: $24.00-$25.00/hour
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate scheduling and execution of local and regional deliveries
- Dispatch delivery crews for room-of-choice and white glove installation services
- Serve as a primary logistics contact for customer scheduling and escalated delivery concerns
- Coordinate inbound freight shipments with suppliers, carriers, and warehouse partners
- Support route optimization and delivery planning to improve efficiency and reduce transportation costs
- Monitor freight, delivery, and logistics performance metrics
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement cost-saving initiatives
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation, routing information, and operational records
- Collaborate with internal departments to improve fulfillment workflows and customer experience
- Assist in resolving delivery exceptions, scheduling conflicts, and operational escalations
Compensation & Incentives
- Base Hourly Rate: Starting at $25/hour, based on experience and performance
- Annual Performance Bonus: Eligible for up to 10% of annual base earnings based on individual and company performance metrics
