We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Realtor to join our real estate team. We also are accepting candidates currently enrolled in the Real Estate course at Humber college. We provide extensive support, educational courses and mentorship to set you up for success! The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping clients find their dream homes or sell their properties, with a strong focus on customer service and professional growth. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your negotiation, marketing, and communication skills to facilitate successful transactions. Bilingual abilities and experience in property management or administrative tasks are highly valued. As a Realtor, you will play a vital role in building lasting client relationships and expanding our market presence.
Duties
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties by providing expert guidance throughout the transaction process
- Conduct property showings and open houses to attract potential buyers
- Negotiate offers and counteroffers to achieve favorable terms for clients
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote listings across various channels, including social media and online platforms
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate market trends and property values
- Manage administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, documentation, and maintaining client records
- Build and nurture relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business
- Coordinate with property management teams when applicable to facilitate smooth transactions
Skills
- Strong negotiation skills to secure the best deals for clients
- Effective marketing abilities to maximize property visibility
- Valid real estate license (or willingness to obtain one)
- Multilingual or bilingual proficiency to serve diverse client populations effectively, not mandatory)
- Experience in property management is a plus for understanding rental markets and tenant relations
- Administrative experience for handling contracts, documentation, and record keeping
- Excellent customer service skills to build trust and rapport with clients
- Exceptional communication skills for clear negotiations and client interactions
- Organizational skills to manage multiple listings, appointments, and deadlines efficiently

Pay: $50,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
