Lead a High-Performing Automotive Service Team
An established automotive dealership is looking for an experienced Service Manager or a high-performing Assistant Service Manager ready to take the next step in their leadership career.

The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of the service department, leading a team of technicians, advisors, and support staff while driving profitability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
As the Service Manager, you will:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Service Advisors, Automotive Technicians, Apprentices, and support staff.
- Foster a customer-focused environment by ensuring concerns are handled professionally and resolved promptly.
- Oversee the daily operation of the service department, including scheduling, workflow, shop capacity, and repair progress.
- Monitor repair quality and ensure work is completed efficiently while maintaining high standards.
- Drive departmental performance by managing key performance indicators, including labour sales, gross profit, productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Review financial and operational results, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement strategies to increase profitability.
- Collaborate closely with the Parts and Sales departments to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop employees while promoting a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards, manufacturer requirements, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who brings:
- A minimum of 3 years of leadership experience as a Service Manager or Assistant Service Manager within an automotive dealership.
- Import dealership experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of dealership fixed operations, service processes, and customer retention strategies.
- A proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
- Experience managing departmental KPIs, budgeting, profitability, and operational performance.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple priorities.
- Experience with dealership management systems.
- A valid driver's licence with a clean driving record.
- Automotive or business-related education or industry certifications are considered an asset.

Pay: $90,000.00-$165,000.00 per year
