Responsibilities

Manage a wide range of confidential and routine correspondence, reports, and documentation.

Prepare, format, and distribute internal and external communications.

Organize meetings, including agendas, materials, and follow-up documentation.

Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for leadership and staff.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including confidential documents.

Support scheduling and prioritization of the supervisor's daily activities.

Maintain accurate records and ensure proper filing and retention compliance.

Prepare purchase orders, requisitions, and related administrative documentation.

Track deadlines, follow-ups, and outstanding administrative tasks.

Liaise between supervisors and staff to communicate instructions and updates.

Provide administrative support for reporting, forms, and meeting outputs.

Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and respond to ad hoc requests.
Qualifications

Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe tools.

Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.

Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

High level of discretion when handling confidential information.
