As a General Manager You will manage the operations and staff of a Wendy's restaurant - training, monitoring and reinforcing food safety procedures; maximizing store sales goals against budgets; maximizing profit goals; ensuring the continual improvement of Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards; developing and mentoring everyone who works in your store; and ensuring protection of Wendy's brand and assets.

Education/Experience:
* 1 Year management/supervisory experience in the restaurant industry, or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Strong PC skills
* Open / flexible work availability
