The RMT provides massage and spa services to guests, and is responsible for ensuring the highest levels of guest service and satisfaction. This is a contract role running from mid May 2026 to November 2026. Full-time or part-time positions available.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for providing massage and therapeutic services to guests

Responsible for maintaining the highest level of professionalism in all guest interactions

Responsible for ensuring hygienic and health standards are met at all times
QUALIFICATIONS-
Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) certification is required

Ideally 1-3 years experience in a luxury hotel or spa environment

Fully competent in different forms of massage

Aesthetic treatment capabilities like facials is a plus

Customer-service and guest-focused mindset

Exceptional punctuality, enthusiasm, energy and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure a top-notch guest experience

Must present a clean and professional appearance at all times

Ability to perform physical tasks

A background in yoga and guided meditation is considered an asset.
