Local company looking for one motivated individual to work 5 x 8-hour shifts per week.
Duties include general building maintenance (hallway plaster&paint upkeep, pressure washing, replace light bulbs, mechanical equipment checks, dispatching and assisting trades, troubleshooting leaks, etc.).
Communication skills and reliability is a must.
No personal tools or vehicle necessary, you would be stationed in the same complex full-time.
Experience is a strong asset but not mandatory.
We offer ski pass financing and end-of-year bonus to our full-time staff.
Extended Health available after 6 months of full-time employment (employer contribution of 50%).
