Boatland RV Marine is looking for a Marine Technician/ Apprentice to join our team.
Qualifications & Skills:
-Licensed Marine Engine Technician (435B) Or working towards it - Apprentice
-Proven at least 1 year experience as a Marine Engine Technician or similar role
-Be a collaborative team player with good written and oral communication.
-Safely able to lift up to 85 pounds.
-Must be familiar with and have experience with marine technology
- Customer service is an asset
- Ability to multitask easily
- Problem solving skills
- Individual must be self-directed, possess good time management and organizational skills
- Individuals must be able to organize and prioritize duties in an everchanging and fast past environment
Responsibilities:
-diagnose and repair outboard/inboard engines
- Communicate with and throughout service department
- Work well as a team
- Ensure all health and safety procedures and policies are being followed and enforced
