As we continue to grow, we're looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team.
About the Role
As a Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our Account Managers and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. Acting as the primary support partner to the sales team, you'll assist with quotations, order management, customer communication, showroom coordination, and administrative tasks.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, has exceptional attention to detail, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.
What You'll Do
Sales & Order Support
- Prepare accurate and timely client quotations, ensuring all product details, pricing, and specifications are complete.
- Enter, process, and manage customer orders with a high degree of accuracy.
- Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to Account Managers and clients.
- Coordinate with vendors and logistics partners regarding product availability, lead times, and delivery schedules.
- Assist in resolving order discrepancies and customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Client Communication
- Provide clients with regular updates on orders, timelines, shipments, and project status.
- Deliver a professional, responsive, and solutions-focused customer experience.
- Support Account Managers in maintaining strong relationships with designers and trade clients.
Project & Administrative Coordination
- Maintain detailed project tracking documents and order records.
- Assist with scheduling deliveries and coordinating logistics.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to general email inquiries.
- Order and manage showroom and office supplies as needed.
Showroom & Sample Management
- Ensure the showroom remains beautifully presented, organized, and client-ready at all times.
- Prepare meeting spaces and presentation areas for client appointments.
- Maintain and organize product samples, catalogues, and resource materials.
- Assist clients with sample loans and returns.

What You'll Bring
- 2+ years of experience in a Sales Assistant, Customer Service, Sales Support, Administrative, or Coordinator role.
- Experience in furniture, interior design, luxury retail, home furnishings, or related industries is considered an asset.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and order management, CRM, or ERP systems.
- A professional, polished, and team-oriented attitude.
