About the role
We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our general labor team. You will support a variety of field operations — from event waste management to road closure setup — working alongside a hands-on crew in a fast-paced, outdoor environment. No prior experience is necessary; we provide all the training you need to succeed.
Duties & responsibilities
- Loading and unloading trucks
- On-site waste management at events (cleaning grounds, swapping bin liners, maintaining cleanliness)
- Assisting with road closure setup and traffic control equipment
- General handyman tasks and site maintenance as needed
- Supporting the crew with a variety of other field duties as required
Requirements
- Valid driver's license Required
- Reliable personal vehicle for commuting to job sites Required
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts
- Physically able to perform manual labor in various outdoor conditions
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
